■ Design
-
● Robust construction and innovative technology have produced essential enhancements to the control, combustion, air handling, exhaust and lubrication systems and design improvements now offer simplified packaging and serviceability.
● The ESM control system integrates all engine control functions including air/fuel ratio control, turbocharger controls, ignition timing, knock detection and engine diagnostics. All controls are engine mounted and pre-tested at the factory.
● Power uprates, efficiency improvements and emission reductions are the results of recent enhancements to the combustion system.
● Optimized twin turbochargers provide improved efficiency, high altitude capability and improved turn-down. Front mounted turbos allow straight forward and uncluttered installation.
● Pre-molded hard shell metal foil technology provides improved serviceability and durability.
● Complete engine mounted lubrication system includes prelube pump, spin on filters (common with VHP products), centrifugal filtration system and oil cooler
● Packaging has been simplified with convenient connection points and the use of front-end turbos.
■ On-site Capabilities Fuel Flexibility:
Fuel Flexibility:
-
● Waukesha’s 275GL+ was built to maintain full power on a wide range of fuels, without the added cost of fuel treatment. The 275GL+ can run on fuel with up to 1000 ppm H2S without treatment and operates on a wide range of fuels from 600 Btu/ft3 to 2300 Btu/ft3.
Altitude:
-
● The 275GL+ was also built to work effectively in challenging locations, delivering full power up to 4000 feet ( 1219.2 meters) making it an ideal choice for high-altitude applications.
